DESCRIPTION:

The goal of this landmark lawsuit is for the court to hold the Legislature responsible for fulfilling its constitutional obligation to adequately fund Wisconsin public schools — so that every Wisconsin student receives an equal opportunity to obtain a sound basic education. Fund Wisconsin Public Schools is a statewide coalition of students, parents, advocates, educators, school districts, teachers’ unions, and community members who have come together to support the lawsuit.‍
