Description

In this dynamic breakout session, discover how a small, rural, high-poverty school leveraged the power of artificial intelligence to successfully write and secure multiple competitive grants—without a dedicated grant writer. Presenters Vince Czahor and Lynn Stankevich will walk you through how they used AI to streamline and strengthen applications for the State and Local Cybersecurity Wisconsin Emergency Management Grant, DPI Peer Mentoring and Coaching Grant, Provident Healthy Living and Activity Grant, and the highly competitive federal COPS School Violence Prevention Program (SVPP) grant.

Learn how AI tools helped generate language, align proposals to grant priorities, and build persuasive narratives—all while saving time and reducing stress. Attendees will walk away with practical strategies, real examples, and tips for integrating AI into their own grant writing processes.

If your district personnel wear multiple hats with limited time and resources, this session is for you. Let AI be your new secret weapon in securing resources for rural school success.
