Mark D. Mambretti currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent at the East Aurora School District, just south of Buffalo.  Prior to this role, he served as principal of the East Aurora Middle School, where his school was named a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence by the US Department of Education, and he was named Middle School Principal of the Year for all of New York State.  He is a sought-after regional, state, and national presenter to schools, businesses, and non-profits on the topics of leadership, culture, and sustained organizational change.
